This site
This site sets no cookie, uses no tracker or audience measurement tool, and our server keeps no log of visits.
The DUVONE account
A single account is used for all our products. It holds: your e-mail address, your password (hashed with Argon2, never stored in clear), your language, the dates of creation and last sign-in, and your current sign-in sessions; for members of our team, their role in each product. Each product you use only receives your identifier, your e-mail address and your language. Legal basis: performance of the contract (providing the account and the products).
E-mails
The account sends the company's e-mails on behalf of each product: address confirmation, forgotten password, security alerts, a product's announcements if you accept them. The sending log (recipient, subject, date) is kept 30 days, to investigate an e-mail that doesn't arrive. Legal basis: performance of the contract, and our legitimate interest for announcements (which you can turn off at any time).
Account cookies
The account site uses three cookies, all essential: your sign-in (30 days), protection against forged forms, and your language (1 year). None is used for advertising or audience measurement, so no consent banner is needed.
Product data
What each product processes to work (DUVONE DARTS games and statistics, DUVONE COUNTER screens and social networks…) is described in its own privacy policy, on its site.
Processors
OVH (hosting of our servers, France); Cloudflare (traffic routing and protection; transfers outside the European Union may occur, covered by the Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses); Zoho (sending e-mails, European Union data centre); Stripe (payments in the products, same transfer safeguards as Cloudflare). Each one only receives what it needs. No data is sold or shared.
Retention periods
Sign-up never confirmed: erased after 30 days. Account with no sign-in at all (here or to a product) for 3 years: an e-mail warns you, then the account is deleted 30 days later unless you sign in again. Sessions: 30 days. E-mail log: 30 days. Log of our team's actions: 1 year. Encrypted backups of our databases: 14 days. Deleting your account erases it immediately, along with your data in every product (except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, detailed in each product's policy).
Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, backups are encrypted, and every action of our team in the administration areas is recorded in a log.
Your rights
From your account, you can at any time download your data (access and portability), correct your e-mail address or language (rectification) and delete your account, without any action on our side (erasure). To object to a processing, ask for its restriction or for any other request: contact@duvone.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
